How to receive your waiver
If you received an email, letter, or text message from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities about being a Special Waiver Program applicant, use these questions on Common App or our Golden Gopher Application to indicate your participation. In doing so, you will automatically bypass the payment screen of the application.
