Customer Relations Representative
The Customer Relations Representative Position is a student role within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Customer Relations Representatives answer calls and emails regarding the University, student’s applications, and transfer credits. Speak to your experiences as a University of Minnesota student, your application and decision to attend the U of M, and connect the student with a counselor or other staff member for more complicated questions. Hourly pay rate is $15.25. Opportunities for advancement and leadership exist within the Customer Relations Unit!
