TRANSFER
Transfer Deny Decision Appeal Form
This form is for students appealing for admission due to a late application or for a waitlist or deny decision.
Please read the following instructions carefully. The Admissions Appeals Committee cannot review an appeal until all required information is received in the Office of Admissions.
Please Submit the Following Items:
- A completed Transfer Appeals Form.
- Your current college or university transcript with your most recent grades (transcripts from any University of Minnesota campus are not required).
- A personal statement providing new and compelling information not previously indicated on the application for admission. Statement prompt: Please explain any extenuating circumstances that you feel warrant an updated admission decision at this time. Include any new significant or compelling information not previously included in your application.
- Any additional information that you want the Appeals Committee to consider in reviewing your appeal.
