This special event will take the stage on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus where students will go behind the scenes to learn what college is all about. This will give your students a head start in navigating the college process and equip them with the knowledge to thrive in their future academic endeavors.

This is a copy of the Group Visit Chaperone Agreement. We kindly ask that all chaperones and group members attending a GEAP event review these expectations prior to your visit. 

Transportation

For buses: Please note that drop-off is at the Weisman Art Museum and pick-up is at Northrop.

  • Drop-off: Refer to the bus drop-off information for directions to the drop-off site and bus parking. (Note: There will be tour guides at the bus drop-off to bring your group to Coffman Memorial Union.)
  • Pick-up: Refer to the bus pick-up information for where to pick up students closest to Northrop

For vans or smaller vehicles: Vans or smaller vehicles can park in the East River Road Garage. Bring your parking ticket with you to check-in as your ticket will be discounted. 

  • To walk to Coffman Memorial Union from East River Road Garage, take the parking ramp elevator to the Plaza Level (Level One). You will exit through a set of doors onto the Riverbend Plaza. Cross the plaza and Delaware Street, proceeding up the stairs to enter the ground floor of Coffman Memorial Union. (Note: If the garage signage says “Reservations Only,” proceed into the parking ramp and inform the parking attendant (or press the "HELP" button on the automated machine) that you are here for Goldy's Early Access Pass.)
