To be considered for University scholarships, simply submit the application for freshman admission. Admitted freshmen are considered for most University scholarships based on an overall assessment of their admission application. Scholarship recipients are notified by the end of March of their senior year.

Carlson School of Management

The Carlson School of Management offers over 4.5 million dollars annually to our incoming freshman, including but not limited to the following awards. Requirements for scholarships vary, but many awards are based on academic performance, financial need and leadership.

CFANS and its departments award nearly $2.5 million dollars in scholarships to undergraduate students each year. Due to the generosity of our donors and alumni, the College of Liberal Arts (CLA) is proud to offer incoming freshmen and transfer students (spring & fall admits) collegiate scholarships, including but not limited to the following awards.

CLA selects scholarship recipients based on academic performance and/or financial need, and in recognition of the excellent qualities they will bring to the college. Additionally, CLA’s Department of Dance, School of Music, and Theatre Arts BFA Actor Program offer scholarships to incoming students that include a talent component.
