Congratulations on your admission to the University of Minnesota Twin Cities!
Join us for admitted student events and visits so you can explore campus before your first day as a Golden Gopher.
Step 1:Read the visit and tour descriptions below. You can choose from college-specific visits for your college of admission (available only for admitted students and their guests) and general visits (available to admitted and prospective students).
College-specific info session and tour INCLUDES: > 30-minute college-specific information session > 90-120 minute walking tour of campus (depending on which college visit you choose). Please note: The campus tour is general in nature and highlights areas of campus many students use, like the student union, a residence hall, and the rec center. It does not showcase college-specific facilities, such as labs or studios.
BEST FOR: Students who want to learn more about their college of admission alongside other admitted students.
These visits are open ONLY to admitted students (and their supporters/families).
College-specific experience INCLUDES: > A closer look at opportunities in your college or campus programs (format varies based on college or program and might include activities like a facilities tour or student panel; available on select Friday and Monday visit days)
BEST FOR: > Students who want to enhance their campus visit day with a fun opportunity to engage directly with their college or program > Students who have already toured campus but want to return for a unique admitted student opportunity hosted directly by their college or program
These experiences are open ONLY to admitted students (and their supporters/families).
