Lettuce club! I think it truly captures the UMN student spirit.

As a Psychology major, I would have to pick Marian Radke-Yarrow! Her work set a precedent in future research surrounding topics around child racism and prejudice. In fact, her study was so influential it was cited in the landmark Brown vs. Board of Education case, which led to making segregation illegal in public schools.

Cheerleading was invented at the University of Minnesota! Shoutout to Johnny Campbell!
