In Common App, your grade 12 courses in progress (classes you don't have grades for yet) will NOT go into the Courses & Grades section. Instead, enter them into the Education section under "Current or Most Recent Year Courses."

Enter courses the same way you did for grades 9-11, but choose "In Progress" in the grade drop-down menu.
