- Carlson School of Management (CSOM): The Carlson School's undergraduate program was ranked #7 in the nation among public universities in 2006, according to U.S. News and World Report. GREAT OPPORTUNITIES
Study Abroad
Understand business at an international level. Explore business in economies and cultural centers around the globe to discover the U.S. role in the international economy. Students in the Carlson School of Management can take advantage of Short Term Global Enrichment Electives in Copenhagen, Costa Rica, or Buenos Aires. The mentor-student partnership brings a "real-world" perspective to your academic program. Each U of M college offers mentor-matching services.
Research Opportunities
Imagine conducting research alongside world-class experts and getting paid for your work! As a student in the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP), you'll conduct paid research or pursue special projects beyond your regular courses.
Campus Involvement
You'll find more than 600 student organizations at the University of Minnesota. Connect with multicultural groups like the Hindu Student Society or Black Student Union.
