Always wanted to attend the University of Minnesota? Thought you couldn't afford it? If you are eligible for the University of Minnesota Founders Free Tuition Program, then your tuition and fees will be covered...100%. If you are a Minnesota resident admitted as an incoming freshman or transfer student to the U of M, and you submit a FAFSA, we will automatically consider you for free tuition and fees through this program.
